Communication-
A line of communication must be open during the commission process. Clients must respect the given wait time (If there is a delay in the commission process, the client will be notified through a line of communication).
Although I will be in contact throughout the course of the commission (regarding the different stages of the process)- I cannot guarantee I will have your commission done within the time frame given.
If the client deems the commission to be taking too long, the client has every right to a refund.
Refunds are only available up until the Rendering process. I have every right to cancel or decline a commission up until the Rendering process. If the clients commission does not include a Rendering they are entitled to a refund up until the finished product is made.
The client is NOT allowed to refund the money after the commission is finished. If client refunds said money after the commission is made they will be Reported & Blacklisted.
If the client backs out at any time AND has not payed I am NOT required to finish/send anything.___
Confidentiality-
An Age Requirement is needed for 18+ content. By agreeing to the TOS the client consents to being above the age of 18 for certain art to be draw (ie, Sex, Blood/Gore, Drugs).
At no point will the clients name or information be leaked through any means.
Any and all information given will be communication/invoicing. All communication outside of invoicing will not be permitted.___
Timeline-
The Commission process has the client provide references for commission.
WIP/Sketch is made (Within the first week/<7 days)- at which the client may ask for any changes. Once the sketch is approved the client may ask for additional changes only up until the Rendering. The client will be charged extra if the changes heavily affect the art during the Rendering.
Rendering (may take up to an additional 1 to 3 weeks/<21) depending on the type of character/effort.
I have the right (with permission/consent) to use the commission in further advertisements (i.e. Pricing lists, Portfolio, Collage) unless asked otherwise.
I do NOT have the right to sell your commission in any way, unless explicitly stated.
Clients must give credit on any Social when posting on any type of Social Media.___
Payment-
Payments will be made BEFORE the commission is finished. Payment must be with USD and via an invoice on PayPal, Cash-App and or Venmo.
Payment must be met with the full cost of the commission.
Prices will NOT be negotiated at the end (Payment must be given before the client receives the unwatermarked piece).
For Commercial use/intention to sell products (ie, stickers, t-shirts,pins. ect)- that must be communicated and allowed by me.
I deny the right to mint NFTs, resell or use of my art as part of a blockchain or any AI-related projects.
I deny the right to have my artwork put through an AI algorithm of any kind.___
I retain all copyright to my artwork. I do not, however, claim ownership of the character(s) depicted in the Commissions.Updated 2/5/2026
